cny eve~
it's cny eve~ 28th january,06.. and 12.22pm.. tat i'm typing this.. today.. lala.. lala.. haha.. cut the crap.. i didn't realise i was this lame b4.. hah~ it'd go on like this.. just minutes ago, i woke up after a long 6-hrs sleep.. yest.. me and my buddies went to this 'rainforest' and we meddled with 'frozen throne' gadgets for straight five hours.. seriously! from 11-4am.. and tat's like for two consecutive days ready. oh well.. what a bummer~ i promise not to spoil my 'bruneian' life for the next few weeks.. proby just dinner outings and driving visits.. no more games! :p
it's cny eve.. what coolness.. yet no feeling.. hah.. indeed i love the sights and scenes of a cny festival.. just by pondering upon how the supermarkets may be filled with 'reds' and all the chinese delicacies.. lanterns among the ceilings.. oh well and new year songs.. same ol' culture.. the songs wud always be the same.. 'dong dong chiang'.. 'xin nian tao'.. lala.. crack crack.. *the sounds of firecrackers exploding* oh well.. i'd also love the lively momentum in the 'house' tat reflects we're one close family together.. house refers to dad's side and mum's side families.. cousins, relatives.. uncles and aunties.. loud conversations dealt with fun and laughter.. caring and joy shown by the urge to serve one another.. what else is there more to a cny celebration?
ang pau! never ever lose the chance of grabbing more of those.. if the red packet is no special during chinese day, what else can be? a few more favourites.. 'nian gao' and the oranges.. oh man.. lickin.. :D
going off for a whole week.. phuket and miri.. come back.. another week of preparation b4 i leave.. it's gonna be bz by then.. later come, later plan.. erm.. singaporean phrase? haha.. *live the present.. k now.. out of cny topic for a while.. read this one post by teochewbabe.. found it very reliable, at the same time, encouraging.. gonna post it for you guys.. at the sidebars.. wish all of you a very, very fulfilling year of the dog.. dun forget to catch the barking and wolf-like sounds when the clock strikes 12!
